Project:
Our next project with Setanta is Get Off The Couch, a 6 part series presented by Teena Gates following the adventures of a group of people taking up the challenge to be more active. Teena has gone from 23 stone, and a near death experience, to losing 12 stone and becoming an outdoor, active person, climbing mountains, kayaking and trekking in Africa. All this makes her the ideal person to lead a national TV challenge to get active and enjoy outdoor activities from hill walking, cycling, kayaking and running.
